About the Role

CES is hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to join its growing cloud and infrastructure team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in cloud-native environments, enjoys building automated deployment pipelines, and has a deep understanding of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices. If infrastructure scalability and automation excite you — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
• Manage and optimize EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) clusters and service mesh deployments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
• Ensure system availability, scalability, and security
• Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Nagios, and other observability tools
• Manage artifact repositories and handle release/version control
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with developers on deploying microservices with Docker and Kubernetes
• Document automation scripts and configuration standards

Skills Required

• AWS (EKS, IAM, S3, VPC) – 1+ year hands-on
• Strong with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Chef
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Nagios, Grafana
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Octopus Deploy, Codefresh
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Experience with Artifact Management Systems
• Familiarity with Git and Source Control Management (SCM) tools
