Job Description

As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Research, interpret, and evaluate provider licensure and continuing medical education requirements in the U.S.
• Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment for Certify customers.
• Validate and authenticate information on the credentialing and licensing platform to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Interact with providers and clients via email for additional information when required.
• Assist in monitoring and implementing new client projects.
• Summarize research findings into clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers.
• Support other ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English
• Strong research skills, especially using Google
• Attention to detail and ability to validate large volumes of information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
