The Role

As a System Engineer, you’ll join the Internal IT team in Bangalore. You will take responsibility for infrastructure and administrative tasks, working cross-functionally and globally to support Celonis’ growing internal systems. This is a shift-based role to ensure global support coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain global IT infrastructure
• Resolve 2nd level IT tickets and collaborate with international IT support teams
• Perform regular infrastructure maintenance
• Manage Azure/Entra ID systems, access rights, and processes
• Handle Google Workspace management and scripting
• Support collaboration tools like Slack, O365, Zoom
• Troubleshoot structured issues and escalate to vendors when required

Technical Skills Required

• Azure (incl. Entra ID, Defender, Identity Governance)
• Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux, Mac OS, iOS
• APIs, PowerShell scripting
• Google Workspace & Microsoft O365 (incl. Teams)
• TCP/IP Networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, Routing)
• On-prem & cloud infrastructure management
