Job Description:

Cargill is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen the security foundation of enterprise cloud platforms. You will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity and cloud engineering to secure IaaS and PaaS environments, ensuring robust protection for critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain enterprise-scale cloud security solutions
• Lead critical security engineering projects end-to-end
• Identify, analyze, and resolve security issues across multi-cloud infrastructures
• Assess cloud security posture and propose innovative enhancements
• Collaborate closely with cloud architects and engineers to integrate security seamlessly
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for complex security services

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years relevant experience; 3+ years preferred
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated security testing, and change management
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages for automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of networking, web protocols, and container security
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience deploying and securing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
