Role Overview

Carelon Global Solutions is hiring an Associate Systems Engineer with a focus on System Administration and End User Support.
This role involves maintaining the Windows infrastructure, managing ServiceNow tickets, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the enterprise.

You’ll be part of a global IT operations team supporting enterprise systems, cloud environments, and end-user devices — contributing directly to enterprise stability, security, and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned IT tickets and ensure timely closure within SLA.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Troubleshoot issues remotely, in-person, or via phone support.
  • Support VPN connectivity troubleshooting for end users.
  • Manage asset inventory, laptop/desktop support, and hardware replacements.
  • Generate and maintain system health dashboards and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system uptime and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and corporate security standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in System Administration or End User Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, SSCM, and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Dell hardware troubleshooting (Laptops, Desktops, and Peripherals).
  • Strong understanding of VPN, packaging, sequencing, and deployment tools.
  • Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with asset management tools is a plus.
