Roles and Responsibilities:

• Incident & Change Management: Log, track, and resolve incidents; communicate changes effectively.
• User Support: Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Access Control: Manage user identities, permissions, and cloud-based access.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Enhance office/local network infrastructure and systems.
• System Updates: Apply patches, upgrades, and maintenance regularly.
• Employee Lifecycle: Handle onboarding and offboarding efficiently.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with Data, DevSecOps, and Security teams on key projects.
• Provisioning: Support infrastructure needs during regular ops and major company events.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all cloud infrastructure meets security and regulatory requirements.

• Microsoft Intune MDM, Office 365 Admin
• Incident Management Tools
• PowerShell scripting
• Device Deployment (Apple ADE / MS Autopilot)
• Azure Administration and Azure Entra
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with SaaS products, networking, and end-user support

• Helpdesk/Tech Support for diverse users
• Infrastructure (Networking, WiFi, AV equipment, servers, printers)
• Managing Windows, macOS, iOS, Android via Intune
• Azure and cloud platform experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Minimum Requirement)
