Job Summary

Captiv Techno Solutions is hiring a System Administrator to manage server environments, cloud infrastructure, network security, and application deployments. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and DevOps engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers with a focus on infrastructure security and automated backups.
• Administer core network components: VPNs, SonicWALL firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Oversee enterprise-wide Sophos Endpoint Security deployment and compliance.
• Administer Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and license management.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Handle CI/CD deployments of .NET applications across multiple environments.
• Maintain and tune Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including performance optimization, automated recovery, and RTO/RPO compliance.
• Use PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation and scheduled operations.
• Monitor infrastructure with tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or AWS CloudWatch.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Proficient in both Windows Server and Linux distributions (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Deep knowledge of network security, firewall administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Must have experience with SonicWALL firewall and Sophos Antivirus.
• Experience managing cloud services using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong experience in Office 365 administration, including security groups and policies.
• Familiarity with .NET deployment cycles, IIS configuration, and SQL Server tuning.
• Scripting and automation skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
