Job Description

Capstone Technologies is hiring an experienced IT Network Engineer to join our growing team in Madurai. This role is ideal for professionals who are proactive, technically skilled, and capable of managing complex IT infrastructure across a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Outlook, Email IDs, Microsoft Teams, Revit, and BIM 360 access
• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and essential business software
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for internal users
• Ensure configuration and smooth operation of network devices and systems
• Handle LAN/WAN setup, routers, firewalls, and VPN configuration
• Maintain IT asset documentation, license tracking, and perform routine system updates
• Collaborate with internal departments for technical support and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or network administration
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, Microsoft Teams
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, and software license management
• Proficiency in network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple support requests, and document processes
