• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and follow directions
• Willing to work 5-day rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and observe skilled workers to gain hands-on experience
• Attend theoretical classes and workshops related to the role
• Follow instructions provided by mentors or supervisors
• Undertake practical assignments to apply learned skills
• Safely use and maintain tools and equipment
• Adhere to workplace safety rules and guidelines
• Complete assignments and projects within timelines
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
• Participate in progress evaluations and assessments
• Follow attendance and break policies within shifts
• Stay updated with process knowledge and adapt to changes
