Qualification: Any 3-Year Graduate/Diploma
Experience: Fresher
Batch Eligible: 2024, 2025
Location: Coimbatore
Salary: ₹3.25 LPA (₹3 LPA + ₹25K One-time Incentive)

About the Role
Join Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) as part of the first line of defense for IT support and service delivery. Work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment using voice, email, chat, and AI-driven support channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service and technical troubleshooting via voice & digital channels
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and keep users informed
- Use business intelligence and data to optimize service
- Improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Work across diverse domains: Telecom, Finance, Healthcare, and Tech
- Troubleshoot issues like internet access, password resets, and session problems
- Maintain knowledge base and contribute to service marketing efforts
- Ensure first contact resolution and deliver in 24/7 shift environments
Desired Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and pressure handling
- Basic computing knowledge
- Willingness to relocate and work night shifts
Eligibility Criteria
- 3-Year Degree/Diploma (Any stream) from 2024 or 2025 batch
- No backlogs at time of assessment or joining
- Must have active DigiLocker & Aadhar-linked mobile number
