Job Description:
Canvendor is hiring an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our fast-growing team in Chennai. If you're passionate about data engineering, enterprise database performance, and ETL development, this opportunity offers a high-growth path and a strong work culture.

As a PL/SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle database systems to meet critical business needs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions
• Design and implement relational schemas, indexes, and views
• Optimize queries and enhance database performance
• Analyze requirements and translate business logic into PL/SQL code
• Execute ETL processes and data transformations
• Support report generation and database migrations
• Ensure compliance with data security and audit standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver technical support
• Create reusable code and maintain technical documentation

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and stored procedure development
• Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and PL/SQL debugging
• Experience in ETL processes and data integration
• Knowledge of dynamic SQL, ref cursors, collections, and materialized views
• Proficient in SQL Developer, Toad, or similar IDEs
• Unix/Linux scripting exposure is an added advantage
