Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support multiple business units, including retail, digital banking, and payment platforms.
- 24/7/365 first and second-line incident management and customer support.
- Work closely with SRE, development teams, and management across business units.
- Handle incident management and triage for over 600 American banks and 10,000 US companies.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Linux.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good sense of humor and team spirit.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (6 AM).
