Job Description: Process Analyst (R2R)

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end journal entries and other deliverables as per SLA.
• Execute quality balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure account reconciliations are completed as per SOP.
• Complete month-end straight-line and accrual entries.
• Meet SLAs for all assigned activities.
• Drive process enhancements and improvements.
• Ensure 100% compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce or CA Inter.
• Experience: 1-5 years in general accounting processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP applications.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
