Job Description:
Bright River is hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to join its Business Technology team in Chennai. You will work in a product-based environment contributing to the development, deployment, and operations of in-house applications used globally. This role demands an eagerness to learn, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive mindset to continuously improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Azure and AWS resources (including Kubernetes and API gateways)
• Improve and support CI/CD, development, and production environments
• Create and monitor application metrics to ensure optimal availability and uptime
• Automate testing and release processes
• Troubleshoot performance and stability issues
• Collaborate with developers for scalable and reliable solutions
• Work in Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Participate in rotating out-of-hours support shifts
• Maintain a DevOps mindset, balancing speed and quality of delivery
