Bounteous is seeking a Junior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our cloud and infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to work on cloud-based enterprise platforms, gain exposure to DevOps, AWS, Azure, and enhance your career in infrastructure automation and cloud engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Windows/Linux servers on AWS and Azure
• Provide day-to-day infrastructure support and performance monitoring
• Respond to and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and alerts
• Apply patches, review logs, and support data backup and recovery
• Participate in change management and incident response workflows
• Learn and support Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve infra-related issues
• Support system and application monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Sumo Logic)
• Analyze logs using CloudWatch Logs Insights or similar tools
• Contribute to security hardening and vulnerability remediation
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule
• Support platforms such as eCommerce, CMS, and data integration tools

Preferred Skills

• Basic hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows system administration
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
• Exposure to virtualization and cloud networking concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Passion to learn DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (bonus)
