Job Description
BMC Software is looking for a passionate individual to help scale their VAR presales support efforts through innovative tools and programs. In this role, you'll be responsible for administering and enhancing BMC Software's VSE Indirect Program tools, supporting remote VAR presales efforts, and facilitating seamless onboarding for Partner Presales users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and enhance the VSE Indirect Program tools and Consensus Channel Accelerator (60% time).
• Support remote VAR presales efforts (40% time), acting as a single point of contact (SPOC).
• Facilitate onboarding for Partner Presales users and provide training on tools and best practices.
• Maintain and improve portals and libraries such as Skills and Enablement Application.
• Lead efforts to drive adoption and engagement, tracking KPIs and communicating progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in at least one high-level object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, databases, and analytics.
• Familiarity with platforms like SalesEdge, iLearn, and SFDC.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English fluency required).
• Proactive mindset with critical thinking skills.
• Experience in project management or usability-focused development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 2,790,000 INR (midpoint).
