Blueshift, a top-rated AI-Powered Customer Data Platform, is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to work night shifts in its Pune office. Join a venture-funded startup trusted by companies like PayPal, Udacity, LendingTree, and BBC.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies, managing a large-scale infrastructure that processes millions of real-time events and personalizations daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle on-call duties for system uptime, incident management, and troubleshooting
- Follow runbooks to resolve pager alerts
- Author and coordinate incident reports
- Improve monitoring and alerting systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams across time zones
- Periodically report system health to stakeholders
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in SRE / CloudOps
- Comfortable working night shifts (structured for sustainability)
- Linux system administration experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with AWS infrastructure
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration systems
- Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases
- Exposure to scalable data pipelines and queueing systems
- Knowledge of modern SRE tools and incident management frameworks
