About the Role
Join the Aladdin Product Group at BlackRock as a Full Stack Developer in the Alternatives department. You will contribute to the growth of eFront Invest, a key platform for private market investments and part of the broader Aladdin ecosystem.

You'll be integrated into the Aladdin eFront Engineering Team and exposed to both technical and functional layers of enterprise-grade solutions for the rapidly growing private equity and alternative investment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy new product features from conception to production
• Maintain and troubleshoot SaaS-based systems in a cloud environment
• Work with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-based deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and engineering
• Integrate features into large-scale, secure, and distributed enterprise software solutions
• Participate in Agile processes including Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning

Technologies Used

• Backend: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, VB.NET
• Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Databases: MS SQL Server
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes
• Development Tools: Visual Studio, Git, Agile (Scrum)

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Proven experience in full-stack software development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and testable code
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative team environment
• Exposure to the finance domain or private equity is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
