About the Role

We’re seeking DevOps Support Engineers (L1 & L2) who are passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and solving real-world DevOps challenges. You’ll join a fast-moving team committed to innovation and operational excellence in cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements via collaborative workshops
• Build, standardize, and automate DevOps strategies
• Migrate and manage code version control systems
• Assess and baseline current DevOps processes
• Maintain repositories and prevent configuration drift
• Implement webhooks and manage Jenkins deployment scripts
• Enforce security policies and manage authentication settings
• Manage Terraform deployments and integrate with TKG platforms

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience Requirements:

• L1: 1+ year in technical support + 1+ year in cloud support
• L2: 3+ years in technical support + 2+ years in cloud support
