Role Overview

The Delta Data Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end application and infrastructure support for FUNDLinx and UNDLinx platforms. This role plays a critical part in client onboarding, system stability, cloud infrastructure operations, and production support.

The position requires strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, Kubernetes deployments, Citrix environments, SQL databases, and enterprise application support, along with strong client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Integration

• Act as the integration specialist for UNDLinx client onboarding initiatives.
• Configure and manage application servers and Citrix server environments.
• Deploy, operate, and maintain Kubernetes-based application environments.

Software Installation & Upgrade Management

• Serve as the primary resource for FUNDLinx software installations and upgrades.
• Support client-hosted, cloud-hosted, and on-premises environments.

System Operations & Change Control

• Create, manage, and track System Operations and Change Control tickets.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for incidents, releases, and infrastructure changes.

Database & Security Management

• Configure Oracle security profiles and perform advanced SQL operations.
• Manage FUNDLinx Security Manager configurations.
• Support database reporting and access control processes.

Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering

• Support application hosting using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production systems.

Custom Development & Reporting

• Develop custom FUNDLinx reports and stored procedures.
• Provide support using SQL Developer and Microsoft Access for client reporting requirements.

Application Support & Incident Management

• Perform application configuration, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• Resolve Citrix connectivity and access issues for end users.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and handle critical production incidents.

Client Engagement

• Attend client meetings and deliver consultant-level technical resolutions.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to business and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of Citrix server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL Developer, Oracle databases, and Microsoft Access.
• Understanding of application support, change management, and production operations.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in on-call rotations and manage high-pressure incidents.
