Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Belen IT Solutions, you will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud environments, and ensure smooth, secure, and scalable deployments. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize application reliability, monitor system performance, and implement automation strategies. This role provides hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools, cloud platforms, and container orchestration technologies in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments for faster delivery cycles.
• Implement version-controlled workflows and maintain deployment standards.

Cloud Infrastructure & Monitoring

• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Implement security best practices and optimize infrastructure for reliability.

Containerization & Orchestration

• Support and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Enable environment consistency across development, testing, and production.
• Optimize containerized deployments for performance and scalability.

Collaboration & Troubleshooting

• Work closely with development and QA teams to resolve deployment and operational issues.
• Document processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Apply problem-solving skills to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and administration.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and collaborative skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
