Job Description

Bee Logical is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join its IT operations team. This role involves handling technical support requests, system installations, network troubleshooting, and IT asset documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows, MacOS, antivirus solutions, cloud backups, and enterprise asset management tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries from employees or clients
  • Resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Maintain logs of updates, fixes, and customer interaction history
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to systems, warranties, and procedures
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, operating systems, and enterprise apps
  • Assist with on-site support for hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with management on internal training resources
  • Maintain endpoint protection (Antivirus), inventory tools, and backups
