Job Description:

Join BCE Global Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd. as a DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical systems, monitor infrastructure, and ensure application stability using cutting-edge tools. You'll be a part of a hybrid team based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd-line support for Low-Code Application Platform applications.
• Monitor platform health using Dynatrace, Hermes, and Kibana.
• Apply ITIL practices for Incident, Change, Problem & Release Management.
• Log analysis & troubleshooting (Hermes/Kibana).
• Work with Unix & SQL for issue resolution.
• Use Jira for ticketing and Confluence for documentation.
• Act as liaison between support, development, and infrastructure teams.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders for updates and resolutions.
• Track cloud and on-prem hosted platforms.
• Execute testing, QA, configuration, patching, and production sign-offs.
• Manage audit requests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years in L2 Support
• Proficient in Dynatrace, Hermes, Kibana
• Experience with ITIL-based processes
• Hands-on with Unix & SQL
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
