Job Description
Baxter is hiring experienced ETL Developers to join its global data engineering team. In this role, you’ll contribute to data transformation pipelines, maintain AWS-based ETL systems, and support global healthcare data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ETL/data transformation jobs using PySpark and IBM DataStage in AWS
- Troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows, queries, and job schedules
- Perform integration and unit testing; review code for production deployments
- Manage data warehouse jobs via Control-M
- Document business logic and technical specifications
- Provide Tier-2 technical support and root cause analysis for ETL-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data solutions
Skills Required (High-CPC Keywords)
- PySpark Development for Big Data ETL
- IBM DataStage for Enterprise Data Integration
- Advanced SQL Query Optimization
- AWS Cloud Data Engineering (S3, EC2, Glue preferred)
- Control-M Job Scheduling

- UNIX/Linux CLI Experience
- Data Transformation and Pipeline Optimization

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development
- 3+ years of experience with Python and PySpark
- 2+ years of experience in AWS Cloud and IBM DataStage
- Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture and job orchestration tools
- ETL and data warehousing certification preferred
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- IBM Certified DataStage Developer
- Python or PySpark Developer Certification
