Job Summary
We are hiring Entry Level Controls Engineers with a passion for industrial automation. This role involves PLC/SCADA programming, testing, and commissioning of control systems. Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, the role offers a fast-paced learning environment within real-time industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop user applications for production monitoring and control using PLC/SCADA
- Design control systems for packaging machinery and industrial automation
- Program industrial controllers (PLC) and develop HMI interfaces
- Support electrical engineering design and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with project teams for system integration and control design
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Engage in commissioning and troubleshooting activities onsite
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in EEE, ECE, ICE, or a related field
- 0–2 years experience in industrial control panel design
- Basic knowledge of PLC/SCADA programming (Rockwell preferred)
- Hands-on or academic exposure to AutoCAD Electrical is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and task management skills
- Willingness to learn, travel, and take initiative in automation projects
