We’re seeking a DevOps System Engineer to join MobileID, one of our operating companies focused on mobile identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.

About MobileID
At MobileID, we specialize in authentication and fraud prevention services used by major financial institutions. Our Bastion Protect division enhances security across authentication journeys, combining mobile telephony technologies with world-class software development for robust protection.

Role Overview
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you’ll collaborate with our DevOps Engineer and Systems & Network Architect to maintain and expand our cutting-edge infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in improving solution design and ensuring high availability and resilience across our network.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions, including dual site and stretched site deployments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our continuous delivery platform and container registry.
• Support CI/CD workflows and push toward full containerization and zero-downtime deployment goals.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in VMWare, Checkpoint, VxRail, Tanzu, and NSX-T.
• Strong understanding of software-defined networking, load balancing, and HCI technologies.
• Familiarity with .NET/C# (not a development role but for support purposes).
• Experience with SQL scripting, PowerShell, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of SIEM implementation, O365 ecosystem, L2 Switching, DNS, and NTP.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to NSX-ALB, Microsoft Entra, and containerization technologies.
• Ability to write technical documentation.
