Job Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support by handling customer tickets quickly

• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ONES, OPB, NCP products

• Help configure and debug SONiC-based network switches and routers

• Support network automation using Python, Go, or Bash
