📝 Job Description

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accounts, General Ledger, AP Processing, TDS Workings & Payments, GST Workings and Filings, and E-Invoicing.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally or Zoho.
• Interact with other departments while maintaining confidentiality and showing a willingness to grow.
• Manage daily transactions of purchase and sales invoices, payments, and receipt transactions.
• Reconcile transactions and General Ledger (GL).
• Generate and send E-invoices to customers and handle monthly export invoices.
• Maintain bank vouchers with supporting documents after bank transactions.
• Prepare TDS working sheets monthly and quarterly, cross-verify with books of accounts, and ensure timely and accurate TDS deduction and payment.
• Prepare and review journal entries for accurate financial transaction records.
• Prepare and file GST returns like GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other applicable returns within deadlines.
• Reconcile GST-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper ITC (Input Tax Credit) claiming per GST regulations and maintain ITC records.
• Identify opportunities for tax savings and provide tax planning recommendations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including adjusting entries and account reconciliations.

• Experience: 0-1 year
• Salary: ₹3-4 LPA (CTC)
• Eligibility: Graduates from 2023 to 2025
• Specialization: B.Com / M.Com
