About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Data Engineer to join our Data Platform & Product Insights team. This role will involve working in our cloud-native environment, building and supporting data ingestion and processing pipelines using the latest frameworks and technologies. What You'll Do

• Build and support data ingestion pipelines in the cloud, handling extraction, load, and transformation of data from multiple sources, both batch and streaming.
• Collaborate with the product team to assemble large, complex datasets and ensure proper documentation, data dictionaries, and KPIs.
• Build data marts, aggregations, and business logic to generate actionable insights into product efficacy, marketing platform performance, customer behavior, and retention.
• Develop real-time monitoring dashboards and alerting systems to ensure seamless data flow and processing.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1+ years in Big Data and Data Engineering.
• Skills:
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes (on-premises/cloud).
  • Experience working with Cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Proficient with relational SQL and NoSQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB.
  • Experience with workflow management tools (Airflow, AWS Data Pipeline, Google Cloud Composer).
  • Familiarity with version control tools like GIT and Azure DevOps.
  • Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Dundas.
• Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
