This is your chance to work in a fast-moving, technically rich environment deploying code multiple times per day and owning features end-to-end—from ideation to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable microservices-based SaaS platforms
  • Develop backend and frontend components using Node.js, TypeScript, and React
  • Write clean, maintainable code with automated tests
  • Collaborate with internal and external users to identify needs and deliver solutions
  • Improve development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall team productivity
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of deployed services

Skills & Expertise Required

  • 3+ years of experience developing commercial software solutions
  • Proficiency in one or more of: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Python
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL (Redshift, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience building scalable microservices or REST APIs
  • Good knowledge of frontend frameworks (React preferred)
  • Exposure to AWS and other cloud infrastructure is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Hybrid work model with a collaborative, international culture
  • Coaching, mentoring, and access to senior industry experts
  • Internal learning via the Aurora Academy (Tech & Energy-focused)
  • Full Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support
  • Exposure to global clients in the energy, finance, and government sectors
