Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers on large-scale distributed systems
- Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Assist in designing, coding, and testing complex modules
- Participate in team reviews and documentation
- Mentor and guide junior trainees (after training)
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for software development and learning new technologies
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, .NET, or Web Technologies preferred
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Salary & Stipend
- Monthly stipend during the 36-month training: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
- On successful conversion: ₹2.4 – ₹4.2 LPA
- Top performers may be offered fast-track conversion with up to ₹6 LPA
