Job Overview

Astreya is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our global remote workforce. This role focuses on end-user support, IT inventory management, AV operations, and network troubleshooting, ensuring optimal technology performance and a seamless user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-User Support:
    Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues for laptops/desktops (Windows/macOS/Linux).

  • IT Inventory & Asset Management:
    Maintain IT inventory including onboarding/offboarding processes, vendor liaison, and device tracking.

  • AV Support:
    Maintain and support AV equipment, conference rooms, live events, and break-fix AV incidents.

  • Network & Printer Support:
    Assist with network issues (wired/wireless), smart hands support, and resolve network printer issues.

  • Device Setup & Onboarding:
    Configure iOS/macOS devices, set up email and business apps, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

  • Ticketing & SLA Compliance:
    Handle IT service requests via ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.


Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of IT support tools, hardware troubleshooting, and AV systems
  • Experience with macOS, iOS, Windows OS, and enterprise IT tools
  • Familiarity with networking basics, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and printer configuration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
