🔹 Job Description:

Assetsoft is hiring an experienced Intermediate SQL Developer with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS Reporting, and T-SQL stored procedures. You'll work closely with the Implementation and Support Team to build technical ERP solutions, optimize queries, and deliver custom reports for clients globally (AU, UK, US).

This is a full-time in-office role based in Pune with growth opportunities and hands-on exposure to global projects.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions
• Implement ERP software solutions and support custom applications
• Build and deploy SSRS reports tailored to client requirements
• Perform query performance optimization and database tuning
• Collaborate with junior and senior developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Participate in all phases of software development including deployment and support
• Work with a distributed technical team on international projects (AU, UK, US time zones)

🔹 Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server
• Expert in T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning
• Proficient in writing complex stored procedures and functions
• Familiarity with indexing strategies and query plan analysis
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Flexible to work in Australian, UK, or US shifts
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
