🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and issues
✔ Involve in all phases of SDLC (analysis, coding, unit testing, code reviews, deployment)
✔ Create documentation for analysis and provide user training as needed
✔ Stay open to learning new technologies and share knowledge within the team
✔ Ensure timely updates during meetings, status calls, and training sessions
✔ Work on urgent issue fixes and meet project deadlines when required
✔ Adhere to best practices, quality standards, and organizational guidelines
✔ Strive to meet/exceed performance and personal development goals

🧠 Skills & Technologies:

Primary Technical Skills:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Java, Spring, Spring Security, Hibernate
• MySQL Server

Good to Have:

• Hands-on with Eclipse Neon / IntelliJ, Maven, GitLab
• Experience with Jetty / Apache Tomcat, SonarQube, AWS, Docker
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of programming concepts and best practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science
• B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• M.C.A / M.Sc in Computer Science
