About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant to support the delivery of the Oasys Suite. You will guide teams on DevOps best practices, help implement automation in CI/CD, and lead infrastructure and pipeline improvements across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance existing build, test, and deployment tools.
• Design CI/CD pipelines tailored to development teams' needs.
• Champion DevOps culture and create standard DevOps practices.
• Support onboarding of teams onto the DevOps toolchain.
• Automate deployment to production and pre-production environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps or senior development/support roles.
• Strong proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern CI/CD principles.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and scripting (Perl or similar).
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to scale pipelines and implement service reliability.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with global, distributed teams.
