Arm is looking for an Automation Engineer with expertise in Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Testing. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to build End-to-End automation solutions and dashboards to support Enterprise IT teams.
• Work on process automation, collaborating with various teams across Arm.
• Support the creation and maintenance of build, release, and deployment pipelines using various CI/CD tools.
• Maintain a Centralized Automation Framework using web test automation tools and API testing libraries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong IT background with at least 6-8 years of experience in a similar role within a large global organization.
• Expertise in software development with proficiency in Java, C#, or other programming languages.
• Proven foundation in data structures, algorithms, and strong testing, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience with source code management tools (e.g., Git), and knowledge of branching and merging strategies.
• Proficiency in agile and DevOps methodologies and understanding of secure SDLC.
• Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools like Azure DevOps, AWS Code tools, etc.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying applications in the cloud.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Agentic AI Tools and Robotic Process Automation Tools.
• Experience with Business Analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in managing on-prem infrastructures (Windows/Linux VMs) and Linux administration and networking.
