About the Role

The DevOps and Cloud Engineer will play a key role in supporting Ares’ global technology infrastructure.
You will work with a talented team of engineers responsible for automation, cloud enablement, infrastructure scaling, and system reliability across critical investment platforms.

This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies, contribute to enterprise-scale solutions, and collaborate across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support mission-critical systems.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Monitor system performance and optimize for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment processes and incident response.
• Support infrastructure security compliance and cloud governance practices.
• Participate in disaster recovery, backup management, and system performance analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Solid experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform, or Docker.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in Linux systems administration and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog) preferred.
