Job Title: System Administrator – Night Shift
Location: Newtown, Kolkata
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Fixed Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure during night hours.
• Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as they arise.
• Ensure server performance and uptime are maintained at optimal levels.
• Provide remote support to clients or internal teams for overnight technical issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain logs of system activities and incidents for handover to the day team.
• Implement basic security protocols to safeguard data and systems.
• Coordinate with the day shift team for smooth transitions and continuity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and OS (Windows/Linux).
• Familiarity with database management and server technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Comfortable with a fixed night shift schedule.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Educational qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Degree/Diploma/Certifications preferred).
• Previous night shift experience is a plus.
