🔹 Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workato Developer to collaborate across Enterprise Applications teams, analyze requirements, and build powerful integration workflows using Workato. This role is ideal for someone excited about automating business processes, data integration, and cloud API connections in a fast-moving tech environment.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT & business teams to gather integration requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain Workato recipes and automations
• Lead discovery sessions for use-case analysis and technical requirements
• Manage API integrations and create custom connectors via Workato SDK
• Document integration workflows, data flow diagrams, and testing plans
• Ensure seamless data transfer between ERP, CRM, and other systems (e.g. Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite)
• Provide system support and troubleshooting for integration issues
• Stay updated with Workato best practices and latest platform features

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science / Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years in enterprise integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi)
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Workato Developer role
• Strong expertise in APIs, REST/SOAP, Webhooks, XML, JSON, SQL
• Experience with Workato SDK, connectors, and automation recipes
• Background in integrating cloud applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Workato Certifications are a plus
