About the Role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team working on real-world problems. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, industry practices, and contribute to scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting
• Learn and apply new technologies
• Assist in testing, debugging, and deployment
• Improve tools, processes, and workflows

---

Key Outcomes

• Attend 3 code reviews monthly
• Submit 20+ pull requests that meet code standards
• Use Git effectively for task completion
• Deliver 3+ small to mid-size tasks or bug fixes per iteration
• Lead 2 knowledge-sharing sessions or technical write-ups

---

Required Skills

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, OOP
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Go
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), SQL
• Passion for coding and strong communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Internships or academic projects in software development
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (React/Angular)
• Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure) or container tech (Docker/Kubernetes)
