Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable and reliable systems and processes.
• Manage and enhance AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Step Functions to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain back-office applications using Retool.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using Datadog and similar monitoring tools.
• Implement alerting systems and response procedures for timely issue resolution.
• Optimize and automate infrastructure to improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Stay up to date with DevOps and SRE best practices and apply them to improve Aqua’s infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in DevOps/SRE or related roles, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Go; experience as a back-end developer is an advantage.
• Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in managing AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, EKS).
• Tools: Experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD: Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Monitoring: Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
