Job Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer I, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve observability, scalability, and automation using SRE and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Software & Automation: Develop automation tools to improve reliability and eliminate manual tasks.
• System Design: Design scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions with engineering teams.
• Incident Management: Lead and resolve incidents; maintain runbooks and take part in on-call support.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and define SLIs/SLOs.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Design CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; promote DevOps practices across teams.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Manage scalable infrastructure in Azure or GCP.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure system security and align with compliance standards.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Participate in code reviews, document processes, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• Programming: Strong in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience in Azure (preferred) or GCP.
• CI/CD: Hands-on with GitHub Actions, Git.
• Monitoring Tools: Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, or similar.
• Methodology: Agile/Scrum practices.
• Certifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent (mandatory).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, and team collaboration.
