Job Description:
Appsierra Solutions is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and database schemas to support business needs and improve system efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures for data manipulation and reporting
- Design and implement database schemas aligned with business requirements
- Optimize SQL queries to enhance performance and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze database performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and produce technical specifications
- Conduct data audits and validations to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely technical support
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SQL Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design principles, and ETL processes
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability under pressure
