Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated DevOps Engineer to join our vibrant team within the banking sector. You will play a crucial role in building, enhancing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and application infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, Nginx, PostgreSQL, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate and streamline CI/CD processes with Dev & QA teams
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters
• Configure Nginx as reverse proxy/load balancer
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases
• Deploy and fine-tune Node.js applications
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)
• Ensure system performance, security, scalability & reliability
• Contribute to system architecture and infra planning

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Expertise in Kubernetes & container orchestration
• Strong Nginx configuration & optimization skills
• Production experience with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Node.js deployments
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
• Scripting: Bash, Shell, or Python
• Cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking/Fintech industry
• Awareness of security best practices in regulated sectors
• Monitoring & logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible

• Analytical and proactive problem solver
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, agile setups

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
