Job Description: Remote Monitoring & Technical Support (24x7)

AppGlide is seeking a driven and reliable Remote Monitoring Intern to join our 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC). The team is responsible for monitoring the health and performance of customer software deployments and escalating incidents within tight SLAs.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS operations, and AIOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor software and infrastructure health dashboards
• Initiate and track service tickets, ensuring uptime and SLA adherence
• Escalate critical issues to product/engineering teams with detailed logs
• Respond to incoming support requests and manage service desk queue
• Participate in rotational shifts: morning, evening, night
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality support

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months experience in NOC or Service Desk operations
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of Cloud environments: AWS, GCP, Azure, VMware
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
• Familiarity with server and application monitoring dashboards
• Ability to analyze logs and system alerts
• Engineering or MCA background preferred
