🔹 Job Overview:

Join ANZ’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tribe as a ServiceNow Developer and help develop secure access solutions using ServiceNow and SailPoint IdentityIQ. Work alongside global teams to deliver high-quality systems that improve banking experiences across 30+ markets.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bengaluru, supporting hybrid work and flexible hours.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules and integrations
• Design and implement catalogues, business rules, UI components, and service workflows
• Perform upgrade testing and maintenance of ServiceNow instances
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Test Automation squads
• Create documentation for planning, testing, and configuration
• Assist in access provisioning for non-prod environments
• Deliver technical & business verification testing
• Write knowledge articles and improve development experience with IIQ + ServiceNow

🔹 Skills Required:

• Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong understanding of REST web services, Glide, and ServiceNow architecture
• Hands-on with:
  • Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Pages, Macros, Flow Designer
  • Service Portal, UI Builder/Workspace
• Familiar with SQL concepts and Agile delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence

🔹 Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) exposure
