About the Opportunity

Ansira is looking for an experienced Support Engineer II to handle client-specific projects and support existing C#/.NET-based applications. You'll work with configuration, automation, data feeds, and troubleshooting across various integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client custom projects using:
  • C# and PowerShell for new client configuration
  • SSIS packages, data feeds, and report generation
• Support current applications with:
  • Backend data changes and monitoring
  • C#/Angular web app updates
  • Integration impact analysis
  • Data feed automation and troubleshooting

Skills Required

• Programming: C#, .NET, SQL, PowerShell, Angular (basic), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Data/ETL Tools: SSIS, SSRS (optional)
• Other Tools: Git, JIRA
• Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking
• Innovation-focused with a drive for automation
• Flexibility to work in US Shifts
