Job Title: AI/ML Intern

Role Overview:

The CX team at Angel One is enhancing customer service with a digital-first approach, scaling IVR, chat assistants, and other tools to provide seamless support. This intern role involves working on developing datasets, creating automated test scripts, and integrating datasets into machine learning frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust dataset containing conversational queries and expected responses.
• Design and implement automated UI test scripts for end-to-end conversation flows.
• Assist with integrating datasets into LLM-based frameworks for testing.
• Monitor and analyze automation test logs and chatbot performance.
• Expand automated testing frameworks to handle edge cases and negative scenarios.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in working with LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Knowledge of Python scripting for Machine Learning applications.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and data analysis.
