The DevOps Engineer will design, develop, debug, and maintain client software systems, collaborating with product and development teams to automate infrastructure and deployment processes for faster, smarter operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and automate infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Product/Account Development teams to implement CI/CD processes.
• Ensure integration and continuity of code across development and IT environments.
• Provide professional support for automation tools, respond to incidents, and maintain system availability to meet SLAs.
• Participate in integration of product infrastructure systems with external infrastructure.
• Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to DevOps improvements.
• Innovate by standardizing deployable infrastructure units across environments.
• Adopt and implement new technologies across the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terragrunt, or Terraform.
• 2–3 years scripting experience in Python, Groovy, or Bash.
• Expertise in CI/CD, configuration management, and automation tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift.
• Experience with database and monitoring tools: Postgres, Cassandra, Couchbase, Helm, Nagios, Liquidbase.
• Knowledge of Linux systems (RedHat or equivalent) and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Exposure to cluster/hybrid environments, TLS, load balancing, and high availability setup.
• Troubleshooting experience with lifecycle tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus, Artifactory, Sonar, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
