Job Role: Support Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years in software development or technical support
Salary: As per company standards
Job Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead support activities for seller compliance, ensuring high-quality software solutions
- Work with Tech and Non-Tech stakeholders to ensure smooth and on-time publication of EPR Reports
- Manage and optimize EPR Remit declarations for EU Sellers
- Utilize tools and technologies like SQL, AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch), and Quicksight for data processing
- Automate manual processes related to monthly cycles to improve efficiency
- Generate and maintain key operational metrics
- Troubleshoot bugs and maintain healthy pipelines for core support engineering initiatives
Skills Required:
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux
- Scripting experience with modern programming languages
- Familiarity with web services, distributed systems, and web application development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
